The Fondation des Seigneuries de l’île d’Orléans’ mission is to preserve and promote Île d’Orléans cultural and historical heritage. The fondation was paramount, since the beginning, to the acquisition, restoration, embellishment, development and non-profit exploitation of this landmark. It is an essential partner of the Société de développement de la seigneurie Mauvide-Genest and of the manoir.

The foundation goal is to ensure proper administration of donations, gifts and other contributions of the same nature.
